Client Care Team Leader
I started work at Paragon in 2020 as a member of the Client Care Team. After 6 months, I was promoted to Client Care Team Leader. My role is to work with the rest of my team by booking appointments and working front of house on the Reception Desk. I also manage the appointment diary and my team's rota, alongside helping Lisa (Client Care Manager)with all aspects of the client journey.
I worked as a Veterinary Care Assistant for 11 years at a primary care practice, so I have many years of clinical experience, which I feel has really helped when transitioning to the Team Leader role here at Paragon. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog, Rory the Rottweiler, and meeting my friends for coffee and cake!
