Client Care Team
Our fantastic Client Care team ensure our referring vets and pet owners receive the very best service and seamless journey when referring to Paragon. Our team is made up of many members with Lisa Grinkevicius heading up our team. Click below to find out more about them.
Client Care Manager
Prior to me joining Paragon, I worked as an Outsource Partnership Manager for three years, managing a large customer service operation across two sites in India. The operation was provided by an outsource Partner and as well as managing complaints, CSAT, quality and productivity. I also managed the relationship and the contract with the outsource supplier. I also travelled to India every three months to spend time with the teams.
Prior to that I worked for a large energy company for eighteen years undertaking numerous roles such as contact centre manager, customer service manager, customer journey manager and process improvement manager.
My role within Paragon is to manage all aspects of the customer care team. As well as managing the team, I want to ensure that our client's and their pets receive the best care and service possible, by looking at the end-to-end journey.
I live in Leeds with my partner and I have a grown-up daughter who no longer lives at home. In my spare time I like to keep fit and go to the gym and run around four times a week. I enjoy an afternoon out with my friends in town shopping, eating and drinking.
I love music and produce electronic music as a hobby, I have had 6 records signed and released by record labels. I have also been a club DJ before lockdown and often played in clubs at weekends.
Client Care Team Leader
I started work at Paragon in 2020 as a member of the Client Care Team. After 6 months, I was promoted to Client Care Team Leader. My role is to work with the rest of my team by booking appointments and working front of house on the Reception Desk. I also manage the appointment diary and my team's rota, alongside helping Lisa (Client Care Manager)with all aspects of the client journey.
I worked as a Veterinary Care Assistant for 11 years at a primary care practice, so I have many years of clinical experience, which I feel has really helped when transitioning to the Team Leader role here at Paragon. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog, Rory the Rottweiler, and meeting my friends for coffee and cake!
