Zoe Dobson
Client Services Manager
I started work at Paragon in 2020 as a member of the Client Care Team. After 6 months, I was promoted to Client Care Team Leader. In 2024 I became Client Services Manager overseeing the Client Care and Client Accounts Team with all aspects of the client journey.
I worked as a Veterinary Care Assistant for 11 years at a primary care practice, so I have many years of clinical experience, which I feel has really helped when transitioning to a managerial role here at Paragon. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog, Rory the Rottweiler, going to the gym and meeting my friends for coffee.
Amy Lacey
Accounts Team Leader
I started at Paragon in 2020, as part of the Client Care Team. I then moved over to the billing role, which I really enjoyed as I got to spend a lot more time with your beloved pets down in the Wards. In March 2023 I was promoted to Client Accounts Team Leader, where I over see our team of Insurance and Accounts Team members.
Before I started at Paragon I worked within Hospitality, where I was the Front of House Manager. My vast customer care experience has been vital when having financial conversations.
I still like to "pop" down to the wards for daily cuddles, if you can't find me deep in invoices & bills you will definitely find me snuggling a puppy!
Sarah Ives
Client Care Team Leader
I joined Paragon in June 2023 as a member of the Client Care Team. After 2 months I was promoted to Client Care Deputy Team Leader. My role is to support my team with booking appointments and working front of house. I manage my teams rota and I work alongside Amy the Accounts Team Leader to help Zoe the Client Services manager to create a seamless client journey.
I have a combined 6 years' experience working in primary care practices as both a receptionist and a reception manager. I feel my previous experience has helped me greatly in my role as Deputy Team Leader and continued development.
In my spare time I am an avid reader and love nothing more than curling up with my 2 mischievous cats, a good book and a cuppa. When I can tear myself away from my book I love to travel and visit new places.
Beckie Lane
Client Care Team Leader
I started working at Paragon Referrals in 2021. In 2025 I was promoted to Client Care Team Leader, within this role I work with the team helping with the general day to day tasks, and support the other Team Leaders, Sarah and Amy.
I have 8 years of experience within working in primary care practice as a patient care assistant. I feel having this experience helped when moving to the referral setting as I had some clinical knowledge alongside working within the team for many years which helped me transition into my role of Team Leader.
In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, walking my dogs Florence and Flash and spending days with my horses Billy and Bow
